Mental health
A small writing on mental health, why it is so important in today's psychological warfare.

The aura within: Spirit
Mental health, or what is formally known as mental hygiene, has been a growing topic over the years. Since its first discussion in the mid-20th century, we have seen its growing importance in connecting how our mental health creates our actions and beliefs with our perception, and then projects that internal coding and its impressions that the mind creates. With current sciences furthering this phenomenal connection, being mentally, emotionally, and physically healthy has become the key to not only handling our symptoms of illnesses in our society but also grasping the invasion of our psychology through the unforeseen game that has plagued humanity far longer than what we know, psychological warfare.
Today, as a society, we handle an idea of how we can choose who, as a human, has the right to exist; what beliefs can be seen as truth, and what can be seen as irrelevant, all while fighting for human rights at the same time. We see history as something capable of being changed by erasing records of what was inhumane and what was humane, but being told that a history within a bible should be expressed as the only truth, even though it has been rewritten over the years. Humans and their actions hold contradictions that at times seem to be unexplainable, or unbearable to conceive. A 3-dimensional concept of division and conquer, of lies being truths and truths being lies: a human concept that allows a path for false guilt and shame to be used as a tool to be manipulated by the most cunning, allowing themselves to meet their goal of total domination and take over. Following this path and allowing this to continue will create more harm than good for not only ourselves but future generations. To change the course of our trajectory, it starts by weeding out the perceptions of false light and finding the true light, allowing us to create something more than just tragedy. But this comes with awareness, with education, with action, and consistency in rebuilding patterns, and it all starts with you.
When it comes to war and greed, no one is safe behind or in front of the lines. Only truth stands tall within this game, and being aware of it now allows us to spread knowledge, enhance and upgrade perception, and find power within our minds. Psychological warfare is more than what people expect, as it eats away at your soul through lies disguised as truths, as ambushes disguised as gifts, and forced choices masquerading as your own free will. This breaking will eventually cause you to fall behind an imaginary line that was created for you by the oppressor, feeding you gold-plated silver coins while handing themselves real gold bars worth their full weight. You only break away from this deceptive cycle the moment you realize you are stuck in one.
News flash: We are stuck in one!
The outside world fed you this lie that everyone will win with these fast-paced plans that seem to only bring us into more debt, all while bombarding you with headlines that are meant to distract you from the truth. What is most terrifying is if you are unaware or choose to look the other way towards the subjection of our minds through the clouding of what is humane and what is inhumane, then we as a society lose our choice to be something more than cruel, losing our existence because of pride and stubbornness.
Although we are not blind to current events, we seem to have a mute button on it. Like we have mentally checked out of current conflicts such as the Middle East and North Africa, the Israeli-Palestine conflict, and the Russian-Ukraine war, and now the latest and ongoing of it all, the United States of America pedophilia ring and immigration quotas, now the biggest security threat that we are facing as a nation due to the underlying issue of the lack of mental hygiene, causing history to repeat itself, like a broken record.

OVERSIMPLIFICATION
Now, I may be oversimplifying the reality of what led to the disastrous effects of mass killings—many actions, all different, that have led to these killings in mass numbers—but there is an underlying connection to it all, and that is a disgusting negligence of our mental hygiene as a collective society and as individuals. This is shown every day in what we have been allowing to happen within and outside our country.
Psychological warfare has been a tool to allow the fall of humanity’s psychology and overall society. This disgusting negligence, of not teaching us how to effectively work with our bodies in its optimal format due to the desire for control, created false news, emotional bombing of genocide, and brain-rotting material online, further pushing us into isolation and disassociation towards what we should be feeling and what we should be showing towards another human being. The damaging effects that it causes our vessel are over time and slow, but noticeable, as we are now slow to help or take action during times of war.

Psychological Warfare
Power may be a five-letter word, but it holds so much to how people move within their actions.
Current science is actively accepting and proving the connections of a pure mind capable of creating pure actions and a jaded mind capable of creating jaded actions. Pure is not a subjective matter, but the way we maintain a healthy body is to have a healthy perception.
Something I had learned at the beginning of my current major, Consciousness and Human Potential, was an analogy about Transcendental Meditation and how it affects conscious waking life. The analogy goes something like this: imagine your consciousness as a white cover or quilt, and as with every practice with Transcendental Meditation, there is the dipping and changing of color of the white to a tint until eventually the practice becomes second nature and the tint turns into one solid color; we will call this solid color orange. Neurologists have proven meditation to have the ability to rewire thought patterns that were once held as truth, be destroyed, and rewritten to the truth of a higher power/ God or source.
The same analogy goes with a bad habit: the longer you do the bad habit, the more solidified it is in your brain, the more your brain projects the bad habit, the more the bad habit becomes second nature.
The same thing also applies to our perception; at Maharishi International University, we used an analogy to understand how our perception projects our reality. This analogy was called the stained-glasses analogy: The analogy goes like this: imagine that you have a pair of eyeglasses that you don’t know you have on, but they are there, coloring your vision in turquoise, but you never knew it was turquoise; you just knew that you could see this vision. As you live and explore life, eventually you gain a new perception; all of a sudden, you notice the turquoise, but it is blurry now as there is a cognitive dissonance between what you thought was true and what is truly true. You decide to take that new perception, and with that decision, the turquoise-colored glasses come off, and you now actively apply new stained-glasses, shifting your old paradigm with a new paradigm of orange.
This basically tells us a few things: first, with repetitive action, we can create a new perception, and second, continuity becomes your reality based on the impressions you allow or have been created. It also acknowledges that the tactics of psychological warfare can truly change a person with a consistent pattern, and eventually have them be blind followers, as the dissonance is too great for their minds to handle all at once.

HOW DOES THAT TIE IN WITH WHAT IS HAPPENING?
Whether we want to see it or not, we are living under the reality of a pedophilic, sadistic ruling that started a war just so they can stay in power.
I don’t know about you, but I sure as hell did not choose this. But what happened for it to get so big? Well, continuance, habit, and silence: a paradigm that feasts on the prey and strengthens the predator.
Ahhhh, now we are getting somewhere, so how does this relate to mental hygiene? Remember how I mentioned that there is gross negligence that has been happening within our collective society? Well, we are going to thank porn, gatekeeping and trauma. Not only that, we also have to thank our systemic repressions and the forced silences we all had and have to carry to survive: whether in military positions, sex work, or, sadly to say, child protective services, all contributed to the minority—the rich, the pedophilic, and the greedy—for satisfaction of power over someone else other than their own. Even though there is a lot of beauty in the world, these are the shadows that Carl Jung speaks of and, without being checked, can continue to create a whirlwind of chaos that we face today
This is what is happening now: the dark coming into light, and the light exposing the inner workings of what a human truly holds. Whether you believe it or not, we are monsters under the facade of being good, but it is up to us to tame the monsters we carry within ourselves by changing our thought patterns, beliefs, and actions. With old paradigms of an older system crumbling, we now see why everyone and everything is connected to this one underlying greed for power, for domination, and control over another. The lack of mental hygiene creates a lack of control: the lack of accountability, allowing for jaded perceptions to continue as truth. This is why we have wars, why we see rape, why we see domestic violence and addiction and again this is such a over simplification as every detail to each situtation has its own very unique case, but it is finding the connection of it all that will allow us to move away from the cloud of confusion and into clarity.
WHY IS IT IMPORTANT?
Each greedy person does one thing within their minds: they hoard, organize, and lock away to regain control they once lacked. They gatekeep the information that threatens the very ego to which they have attached themselves. At the same time, they showcase the facade of information that makes them look good, as they hoard in the background all of the resources that we need to survive as a collective society, due to their hidden shadows of insecurity. When we clear our minds through meditation, journaling, art, breathwork, yoga, and exercise, we teach ourselves patterns that no longer revolve around fear, greed, silence, and power but patterns of collective embrace, self-awareness, love, and clarity that will allow for a hygienic mind. This will then reflect in the body, which then reflects into the action of that individual, which ripples into the collective as an act of union, not an act of division and traumatization. This is how, brick by brick, we create a humane society where diversity is the strength, and knowledge and faith are the glue that keeps it evolving.
So the next time you think your mental hygiene is not important, think about the analogy of the quilt and the stained-colored glasses. Your mental hygiene is more than a mere tool to think clearly, but to see clearly within the warfare of our psychology. Gaining our power back into our hands and not theirs.
Thanks for reading. Like I said, it was just a small writing on the topic of mental hygiene. If you would like more scientific details from this conversation with historical context, give me a like and a comment “MORE INFO,” and I will be happy to write part 2 of mental hygiene, where I expand on neurologist, psychologist, engineer, and scientists that pioneered the connection between mind, body, spirit, and actions.
